The band played with the 75-piece Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, just as they did in June 2009.

Due to the nature of these two performances, a number of tracks were performed for the first time in many years and there were two premieres over the weekend: 

'The New Dark Age' - premiere
'The Avenue' - not since 1983
'The Daughter of the Minotaur' - premiere

'All That Glitters' - not since 2009
'La Femme Accident' - not since 2009
'The Native Daughters of the Golden West' - not since 2010

Andy says "I've been dreading that note for nine months..." after 'The Native Daughters of the Golden West'.
