Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark Diamond Rings Band Andy McCluskey Paul Humphreys Malcolm Holmes Martin Cooper Notes The band had already played here on 11th July and this date was added due to demand. This show was to be Malcolm Holmes' last with the band. They had just finished playing 'Sailing on the Seven Seas' when Malcolm left the stage after feeling unwell. The venue was very hot inside, more than 40 degrees celsius, and it caused Malcolm's heart to stop for three minutes. Between the fire department and paramedics, the Toronto emergency services managed to save Malcolm's life but this was to be his final show as a result.
